Bought 2 rings. One I kept which is lovely no complaint on the product. the ankh ring I returned as too small returned to the address as per the support customer instructions. Sent the return receipt sent the return being delivered still awaiting refund no contact from customers service at all. You have lovely products but the customer service skills are appalling ignoring customers emails. I will never recommend your company and never buy again please issue my refund without delay. I try to support small by business but will not be supporting this one again.
