Returns

How long do I have to refund or exchange my order?

You have 14 days to refund or exchange your order once you have received your jewellery.

What can't I return?

For hygienic reasons, nose rings and earrings are strictly non-refundable.

Customised orders, including Arabic name necklaces, hieroglyphic necklaces, custom map necklaces, and engraved map necklaces, are non-refundable.

What should I do if my item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid label to send the item back to us.

However, if you would like to return your jewellery due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the postage fees.

Jewellery Care

What materials do you use?

We only use 925 Sterling Silver or 316L Stainless Steel.

We don't have nickel or copper in any of our pieces, making them hypoallergenic and safe to use for the majority of users.

Can I get the jewellery wet?

All our jewellery is water safe and won't tarnish if wet.

The only exception is Gold Plated Sterling Silver. This is a finer, softer metal so needs to be treated with extra care and kept away from water so that the plating does not fade.

How should I store my jewellery?

Each piece comes with a KIRO jewellery pouch that you can keep your jewellery in. Keep it in its pouch to preserve its quality. You also get a KIRO polishing cloth that you can use to polish off any fingerprints or marks that may get on your jewellery .

My promo code isn't working

Promo codes collected via our spinning wheel are only valid for 10 minutes. Unfortunately after that, we cannot provide you with an additional code.

Promo codes aren't valid with any sales or other promotions.

Can I change my address after I order?

Of course! Get in touch as soon as possible and we can change your address as long as it has not been shipped yet.

I didn't get a confirmation email

Please check your spam folder in case it ends up there. If not, please get in touch as there may be a spelling error in the email address entered.
