Refund policy

Once you have received your jewellery, you have 14 days to refund or exchange your order. 

Customised orders are non-refundable. This includes (Arabic name necklaces, hieroglyphic necklaces, custom map necklaces and any map necklace that is engraved).

Please contact us at support@kiro.uk before sending any items back.

If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch immediately and we will send you a prepaid label for you to send us back the item. If you would like to send back your jewellery due to personal preference then it is your responsibility to pay for postage.

For hygienic reasons, nose rings and earrings are strictly non-refundable.
