Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at KIRO. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please add support@kiro.uk to your contacts to ensure that your confirmation email does not go to your junk folder. Also ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order, otherwise this will prevent the confirmation email from reaching you.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Engraved items may take slightly longer to process.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Tracked Delivery: 3-6 Working Days £3.99 (Free when you spend £30)

Europe
Tracked Standard 10-14 Day Delivery: £9.99
Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa & Egypt
12-20 Day Signed for Delivery*: £16.99
Rest of the World
12-20 Day Tracked and Signed Delivery: £10.99
Damages
KIRO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you have not received your parcel you will need to contact us on support@kiro.uk. If we suspect your parcel is lost we will file a claim with the courier service. Claims can take up to 30 days to process. During the claims process, we will be unable to resend your order or issue you a refund. Once a claim has been concluded we will only be able to take action based on the outcome of the claim. The outcome of the claim is a final decision and cannot be overridden.
Regarding International orders, once your order has landed in your country KIRO does not take responsibility for post. You must take this up with your country's postal service. You can visit www.postoffice.com to continue your tracking progress.
If your order is returned to us due to not collecting or incorrect information was entered at checkout, you are responsible to repay for postage for a redelivery.
*Orders to Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa & Egypt are not tracked, therefore delivery is at your own risk. KIRO is not liable for any products lost during delivery to these countries and will not be able to issue any refunds for lost packages.
