When to take off your jewellery

• Soaking up the sun at the beach
• Swimming in chlorinated water
• Showering/Bathing
• Doing physical work, e.g. household chores or exercising

Things to keep away from your jewellery:

• Makeup and creams
• Perfume and hairspray

Don't use tissue paper or paper towels to clean your jewellery since it can cause scratching, instead opt for a soft cloth.
